Psykolog Michelle Cree (UK): Om fødselsdepression (The Compassionate Mind Approach to Perinatal Distress) 2 dage (opstart oktober 2017)

Beskrivelse

Målgruppe :Psykologer, læger og tværfaglige behandlere, der arbejder med eller har interesse for postnatal depression hos kvinder, forståelse for det bånd der opstår mellem mor og barn og danner grundlag for tilknytning.
Beskrivelse :This two-day workshop will address how the Compassionate Mind Approach can be applied to the immense and sometimes difficult changes that occur around having a baby. This can be a wonderful time, but also a time of shock or disquiet. How we get through this time depends on many factors, not least how we, and others, are with ourselves. Shame about difficulties we may have can disconnect us at a time when support is more crucial than ever.

This workshop looks at just why this can be such a disconcerting time, how we can learn to bring a compassionate mind to ourselves, and just why this is so profoundly important at this particular time.

This will be an interactive workshop and participants are welcome to bring case examples for brief discussion throughout the two days.
Varighed :2 dage fra 9-16
Underviser :Michelle Cree.
